Laura’s body story filmMarathon swimmer and GB ice swimming champion, Laura Nesbitt has found her calling in cold water. It wasn't always this good, though. Starting in competitive pool swimming, feeling that she didn't fit in was disastrous for Laura's mental health. But, she took this pain and not only became an inspirational coach to young swimmers, but also found her place in open water swimming. On the tenth anniversary of her discharge from an eating disorder clinic, Laura swam across the Bristol Channel from Wales to England.
