We've compiled a list of FAQs related to Deakin & Blue closing. If you've got a question that isn't answered below, please drop us a line on hello@deakinandblue.com. We'll reply to you and also add your question (and the answer) to the list below.

When is the last time I can buy something?
Our website will remain live for purchases until midnight 31st December 2024 or whilst stocks last. If you are thinking of purchasing something we recommend doing so promptly as we will not be restocking any sizes or styles.

Can I return my item?
Your full returns rights apply on all purchases in the sale. From 1st December onwards we are expecting to sell items on a Final Sale basis - at this point items will become non-returnable. This will be made very clear to you on the product page and at point of purchase. Until then, your usual rights to return apply - see our returns page for more information on our returns policy.

Can I still send you something to be repaired?
Items needing repairs can be sent to us up until 1st November 2024. We then have time to complete final repairs before we close trading. Regrettably we cannot repair items sent to us after this date. Please contact us on hello@deakinandblue.com to organise a repair.

Can I still recycle my old swimwear with you?
Yes, our Swimcycle scheme is live until 1st November. Please send any old swimwear items for recycling by 1st November. Full details of how to recycle your swimwear can be found on our Swimcycle page.

I would like to have a pocket added to my swimsuit or bikini for a prosthetic. Are you still offering this service?
Yes, we are still offering this service until the 1st November. Please do get in touch with us to let us know you plan to send an item to us for amendment and we will ensure this is received by our production studio in time for us to fit the pocket and return it to you.

My first time purchase discount code is not working.
Discount codes are only available for use on full priced products.

Can I still use my gift voucher?
Yes, gift vouchers and credit notes can continue to be used on the website until 31st December 2024.

Will you still be donating profits from the sale of swimsuits to your charity partners?
Yes, we are honouring the profit agreements we have in place with two incredible organisations: Mental Health Swims and The Body Happy Org. We will continue to donate £15 from the sale of the Vitamin Sea Suit to Mental Health Swims and from sales of the Body Happy Suit to The Body Happy Org.
