We had a wonderful day last Sunday at The Henley Mile - an annual swimming event in which ~1000 men, women and children swim a mile or half a mile along the stunning River Thames in Henley.
The weather was picture perfect and we spent the day chatting with individuals taking part and exhibiting our first collection at the Outdoor Swimmer Show - taking place along the banks.
We were delighted that Contributing Editor for Outdoor Swimmer and Author of A Lotus Rises, Alice, was wearing our Coral Onepiece for the event. Alice wore the suit for some coaching in the endless pool and for the Henley Mile swim itself. We grabbed her as she came out of the water for a quick verdict. She said: "10/10!"
Here we share some of our favourite snaps from the day...

We had a fantastic time at the Henley Mile. We loved the range of individuals taking part in the day. From 8 to 80+ and a mixture of individuals going for PBs, others enjoying their first outdoor swim race and others just jumping in and enjoying it.
For anyone new to Outdoor Swimming this is a well organised and friendly event open to swimmers of all abilities, and a perfect place to try your first outdoor swim.
We had a great time chatting to swimmers - both elite and newcomers alike, about Deakin and Blue, who we are and what we're doing. We loved hearing your thoughts and feedback on our first collection and enjoyed seeing many of you in it too!
We look forward to seeing you at the Henley Mile again next year.
